In the event that a person is domiciled in Cyprus all the time of his death, then, regardless of the place of death, the provisions of Cap. 195 will apply to the succesion to all his movable property, whether it is located in Cyprus or abroad, as well as to the succesion to his immovable property located in Cyprus.
However, for the succesion to immovable property located located outside Cyprus, Cypriot law will not apply, but the law of the place where the said immovable property is located. The District Courts have juridiction to hear cases relating to hereditary succesion.
